COUNTER Usage reporting
Accessing your institution’s usage data
- We provide COUNTER compatible reporting at the COUNTER 5.1 standard via our SUSHI API. You can get access to your institution’s usage data by requesting your dedicated API key and customer identifier from support@thesocialhistoryarchive.com.
You will then be able to consume your usage data from the following secure API endpoint: https://reports.thesocialhistoryarchive.com/r51/reports
- You will need to pass your API key and customer identifier with your requests to this endpoint.
- We can also provide these on a per request basis. If your reporting tooling does not support COUNTER 5.1 or the SUSHI protocol, send your report request to support@thesocialhistoryarchive.com.
